Our teas are shown on this site so you can browse and learn about them while we prepare our online shop.<\/p><p>Before tea orders open, this page will set out:<\/p><ul><li>where we ship to<\/li><li>how quickly orders are packed and sent<\/li><li>the carriers and delivery services we use, including tracked options<\/li><li>estimated delivery times<\/li><li>how shipping costs are worked out at checkout<\/li><li>customs duties and import taxes, where they apply<\/li><li>what to do if a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged<\/li><\/ul><h2>Class and event bookings<\/h2><p>Bookings for tastings, deep dives, guided learning and our other sessions are not shipped.
