For many years, this Balhyocha has been a great favorite. Halmonicha - halmoni (할머니) meaning grandmother - is the only tea made by the experienced Jeong Jae-Yeon. Having made tea for more than 70 years, Master Jeong learned this process from her grandmother, hence the name, “Halmonicha.” This tea has gained popularity over the past several years.

Nutty, fruity, and with a tinge of fermented-ness, this Balhyocha is gathered from several flushes and processed with a few “unique” methods. Perhaps these methods have given this tea its charm? It’s a “happy tea” to drink when in a low mood to lift the spirits.
