Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to browse our teas, learn with us and book a place at our sessions. We are working to make this website accessible to as many people as possible, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as our guide.

Ongoing work

Accessibility work on this site is ongoing. It includes:

• Clear headings and page structure that work with screen readers.
• Links, buttons and forms that can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Labelled form fields, including on booking and checkout.
• Respecting your device’s reduced-motion setting.
• Reviewing colour contrast and text alternatives for images.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. We are reviewing the site and fixing issues as we find them.
