How orders reach you, and what to expect.

Tea orders
Online tea orders are not open yet. Our teas are shown on this site so you can browse and learn about them while we prepare our online shop.
Before tea orders open, this page will set out:
- where we ship to
- how quickly orders are packed and sent
- the carriers and delivery services we use, including tracked options
- estimated delivery times
- how shipping costs are worked out at checkout
- customs duties and import taxes, where they apply
- what to do if a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged
Class and event bookings
Bookings for tastings, deep dives, guided learning and our other sessions are not shipped. Your booking is confirmed on screen when you complete checkout, and the session date, time and venue are included in your order details.
