The same type of tea can be so different from processor to processor, year to year, season to season both on purpose and uncontrollably. What can 1 tea do? Can I tweak the tea so I like it better? Does my water really matter? We’ll explore these and many other topics… but in their own event. We’ll answer these questions by steeping the same tea in different ways, different teas the same way, and no tea no way… jk.
